In South King County of Washington, USA, we promote Holistic Youth Development among Youth from Low-Income Communities by Mitigating Psycho-Social impacts of Immigration. We achieve this through acculturation processes, Life-Skills Training, and Youth-focused Programming that is both Culturally relevant and responsive.

In KENYA Tiplus offers Psycho-social support to abandoned children, adolescents & Teens in their diversities like orphanhood and Born Positives through community programs that promote education, skills building, and self-sufficiency.

In Both set-ups, Tiplus (Teenagers Plus) informed by our belief in personal choice and autonomy as captured by the slogan "My life, My future, My choice", that, though bound by adverse situations either circumstantial or environmental, ultimately, the choices we make daily can help us overcome these issues by identifying and utilizing locally available resources within ourselves, our families and community.

Tiplus_Global is the Vehicle which brings all these features together, through awareness, education, advocacy, resource mobilization, and Programing to give each child, Teen, Youth in all their diversities, equal opportunity to become the best version of themself as envisioned by God.

The world is their playfield. Let the Young Ones Grow, Thrive, and fully Come alive.
